关节结核60例X线平片分析

摘　　要：目的通过关节结核的平片分析,认识不同关节结核的X线表现.方法收集经手术病理证实的60例四肢关节结核病例,男性40例,女性20例,年龄在6月至63岁之间,平均31.8岁,其中21岁以下21例(35%);20～40岁26例(43%),40岁以上13例(22%).结果髋关节结核:18例(30%),膝关节结核:22例(37%),骶髂关节结核:10例(17%)肘关节结核:4例(7%)腕关节结核:2例(3%).结论关节结核是致残率较高的疾病,可发生于任何年龄,以40岁以下多见,膝关节和髋关节发生率居首位,X线平片仍是然是关节结核常用的检查手段.Objective To analyze tuberculosis of extremity joints by common x - ray photograph. Methods Data were collected and analyzed from sixty cases of tuberculosis of extremity joints verified by biopsy pathology, of which forty were male and twenty female, with the average age 31.8y （6m -63y）. Among the 60 cases, twenty -one were bellow 21 years old, twentysix between 20 to 40 and thirteen over 40 years. Results Among the 60 cases of articular tuberculosis, eighteen （30%） were from coax, twenty two （3？%） knee, ten （17%） sacroiliac, four （7%） elbow and two （3%） wrist. Conclusion Tuberculosis of joints is a disease With a high rate of deformity. It may occur at any age but mostly below 40 years old, with the highest incidence on knee and coax. Common x -ray photograph is still the generally used means of checking for articular tuberculosis.
