凝血酶水溶液稳定剂的初步研究

摘　　要：凝血酶水溶液稳定剂的研究结果表明:室温保存13d 活性下降率为50.2%,保存24d 完全失活;37℃保存5d 活性下降率为57.1%,保存10d 完全失活。在凝血酶水溶液中加上稳定剂 A 和海藻糖,其稳定性大有提高,室温保存35d 活性下降率为35%,37℃保存10d 活性下降率为29.6%。提示:加入稳定剂 A 和海藻糖可提高凝血酶水溶液在室温和37℃下的稳定性。The stability of thrombin in water is no good.At the room temperture,the decrease rate of thrombin activity in water is 50.2% in 13 days and 100% in 24 days.At 37℃,the decrease rate of thrombin activity in water is 57% in 5 days and 100% in 10 days.The stability of thrombin in water with stabilizer A and treharose increases.At the room temperture,the decrease rate of thrombin in water is 35% in 35 days and at 37℃ 29.6% in 10 days.
