补肾健脾法治疗胎怯的临床研究

摘　　要：提出胎怯可以出生时低体重作为主要客观指标。分析100例胎怯新生儿,明确其病机以肾脾两虚为主。研制补肾健脾之助长口服液,治疗胎怯51例,与不用药之对照组50例相比,生长发育显著增快。临床检验患儿比正常新生儿血清T_3降低、T_4上升,经助长口服液治疗后,T_3上升、T_4下降。以出生低体重豚鼠作为胎怯动物模型,研究与“肾”、“脾”关系密切的血清促肾上腺皮质激素(ACTH)、皮质醇、生长激素、胃泌素等内分泌激素水平的关系,显示了补肾健脾法调整胎怯患儿有关激素水平、促进患儿加速生长的药理作用。This article pointed that lower birth weight, is a main objective indes. The author analysed 100 cases of congenital feebleness, and pointed that deficiency of the kidney andd the splenn was a main pathogenesis. The author made the solution for tonifying the kidney and invigorating the spleen to treat 51 cases of congenital feebleness. The newborns in the treatment group grown and developed much more rapidly than those of 50 cases which didn' t take medicine in the control group. The serious T3 of sick infant was lower than that of normal newborn and T4 decreased. As lower birthweight guineapig to be an animal model, the auther studied the relationship between the kidney-spleen and the contents of endocrine hormone close to the kidney-spleen such as a-drenocorticotropin (ACTH) , cortisol growth hormone and gastrin, and showed the pharmacological action of therapy of tonifying the kidney and invigorating the spleen on regulating the contents of correlative hormone of sick infant and improving them to grow acceleratly.
