铁心甘草治疗痛经的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：将100％铁心甘草煎液与元胡止痛片对照,观察68例痛经患者的临床疗效。结果铁心甘草组痊愈率28.9％,总有效率达92.1％,疗效明显高于元胡止痛片对照组。铁心甘草对气滞血瘀、寒湿凝滞、气血虚弱、肝肾亏虚型痛经均有良好疗效,尤以气滞血瘀及气血虚弱型为佳;有良好的调经作用,但对原发性痛经与继发性痛经作用无明显差异。该药具有疗效高、作用范围广、标本兼顾、毒副作用极小的特点。This article observed the clinical curative effect of 68 cases of menalgra treated with 100% Tiexin Radix Glycyrrhixae decoction and 'Yuanhu' analyesic tables, The results showed that the total effective rate was 92. 1% in the group of 'Tiexin' Radix Glycyrrhizae decoction and the curative rate was 28. 9%. The curative effect was obviously higher than that of 'Yuanhu' analyesic tables. 'Tiexin' Radix Glycyrrhizae decoction has good curative effect on Menalgia Syndromes of stugrancy of qi and blood stasis, cold and dampness, deficiency of qi and blood, deficiency of liver and kidney ,Especically, the curative effect of Menalgia of stagnancy of qi and blood and deficiency of qi and blood were much better than those of others. It had good function on regulating Menalgia. There weren't significant difference between primary and secondary Menalgia. 'Tiexin' Ridix Glycyrrhizae decoction had high curative effect, wide functions, and little side toxic effect. It also might treat both root cause and symptoms of Menalgia.
