摘　　要：目的探讨鼻内镜下视神经管减压术疗效可能的影响因素。方法对本科2003年4月至2004年2月10例鼻内镜下视神经管减压术患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果本组10例患者,6例患者视力有不同程度的恢复,4例无效。结论鼻内镜下视神经管减压术是治疗外伤性视神经损伤的有效方法,术前术后配合予改善微循环、神经营养、糖皮质激素等药物及高压氧治疗,可能有助于提高其疗效。Objective To study the effects of traumatic optic neuropathy treated with optic canal decompression through transnasal endoscope. Methods The data of 10 cases of traumatic optic neuropathy treated with optic canal decompression by transnasal endoscope from April 2003 to February 2004 were retrospectively reviewed. Results In 10 cases, the visual acuity of six cases recovered, and four cases were not improved. Conclusion Optic canal decompression by transnasal endoscope and corticosteroids are beneficial in managing the optic neuropathy.
