摘　　要：结合制造企业流程目标和实施执行情况提出制造流程评价目标,确定制造流程评价模型、指标体系,涵盖流程资源利用率、执行效率、重复率和效能4个方面,研究了制造流程任务属性分类和任务属性赋权原则,提出制造流程有效度评价决策模型,最后给出制造流程评价分析结论。Combining the objective of manufactory proce.ss with implementing status, it proposes the manufacturing process assessing （MPA） objective, determines the MPA model and index architect, which covers four facets of ratio of utility, implements efficiency and ratio of repetition, efficiency. It researches property classification of manufacturing process task and principle of setting weight of task property, carries the asses.sing decisive model of manufacturing process efficiency. At last, it gives the annalistic conclusion of MPA.
