摘　　要：针对青海油田酸化后采用抽子抽汲排酸中存在抽汲深度浅、抽汲强度低、残酸排出量少、排液速度慢、时间长,从而导致酸液对油层造成二次沉淀污染等问题,研究开发了酸化与排液联作工艺,并研制了与该工艺管柱配套使用的滑套式喷射泵和液压封隔器。经现场应用表明,该工艺在缩短作业工期,减轻现场工人劳动强度的同时,具有连续排酸、抽吸液面深、返排及时且解堵效果明显等优势,有效防止了酸液二次沉淀对油层造成的污染。Using rod to swabbing after acidification in Qinghai Oilfield creates problem, such as lower depth of swabbing,lower strength of swabbing,lower ejectment of residual acid, lower speed of pumping and longer time, which lead to secondary pollution and so on. Acidification and pumping technology is developed, and sliding eject pump and hydraulic packer using to this technics are manufactured. By using on scene,this technics have the advantage of shortening time list for a project, lightening working load, continuing pump acid, deepening depth of swabbing, pumping fluid in time and being better effect ,which can prevent secondary pollution from production layer.
