板坯连铸机结晶器铜板材质及镀层对其寿命的影响

摘　　要：结晶器是连铸机的关键设备,工作环境极为恶劣,使用寿命较短,结晶器铜板的使用情况决定了结晶器的寿命,本文结合实际情况,对结晶器铜板材质的选择、铜板的镀层做了深入的研究,为结晶器铜板的设计和使用提供了理论依据,合理的选择铜板材质和镀层,可降低生产成本,提高生产效率。The crystallizer working in a hard environment is the core device of caster, but the crystallizer＇s short service life is depending on copperplate service condition. This article lucubrated on the selection of material quality and cladding material and offered us a theory reference about how to design and make use of crystallizer copperplate. Rational selection may reduce manufacturing cost and improve production efficiency
