摘　　要：3-羟基丙腈(HPN)是合成多种医药、农药、高分子材料等的重要原料和中间体,可合成抗肿瘤药物环磷酰胺、治疗心血管病药物心得安和心可定。本文综述了HPN在医药方面的应用、合成工艺、检测方法以及应用前景。3-Hydroxypropionitrile （HPN） is an important intermediate in organic synthesis of medicines, pesticides and maeromoleeules. It can he used in synthesis of antitumor medicine cyclophosphamide as well as propranolol and segontin, which are the medicines for treating cardiovascular diseases. This article summarizes not only the applications of 3- hydroxypropionitrile in medicines but also the primary methods for its synthesis and detection. We also look forward to the promising application of HPN in the future.
