摘 要:对在线式UPS的三种电路——双变换电路、三端口单变换电路及SilconDP300EUPS电路的结构性能进行了比较,针对双变换电路中存在的缺陷提出了改进方法,并给出了带APFC的双变换、ZVT-PFC软开关功率因数校正、双隔离的双变换式改进电路。SilconDP300EUPS电路结构由双变换和单变换电路发展而来。双变换UPS工作于串联调整工作模式,在线互动式UPS工作于并联调整模式,而DP300E的电路则工作于串、并联联合调整的模式,提高了双变换和单变换UPS的性能,使之具有很高的效率、稳定性及可靠性。文章阐述了UPS的发展趋势,并对UPS网络智能化、数字化、冗余并机等新技术的动向进行了探讨。Compared the performance of three kinds of on-line UPSs bi-conversion circuits, tri-port single-conversion circuits and Silcon DP300E LIPS circuits. Presented the improving methods in view of the drawback existing in bi-conversion circuits, and also presented the improved bi-separation bi-conversion circuits with APFC bi-conversion, ZVT-PFC soft-switch power factor correction the construction of Silcon DP300E UPS circuits stews from bi-conversion and single-conversion ones. Bi-conversion UPSs operate in serial regulating work mode, on-line interactive UPSs in parallel regulating work mode, and DP300E circuits in serial-parallel regulating work mode which improve the performance of single-conversion and bi-conversion UPSs, and make themselves of high efficiency, stability and reliability. We also describe the developmental tendency of UPSs and explore such new technological trends of UPSs as network intellectualization, digitalization, redundant parallel and so on.
