摘  要:目的了解平原人急进高原环境时,垂体的几种主要内分泌腺激素及其靶腺激素的变化规律。方法采取化学发光法测定促肾上腺皮质激素(ACTH)与性腺轴激素(FSH、LH、E2、P、T、PRL)在血浆中的水平,采取放免法测定血浆皮质醇(F)、促甲状腺激素(TSH)、三碘甲腺原胺酸(FT3)和甲状腺激素(FT4)在血浆中的水平。结果平原人急进高原20日内,垂体促皮质激素与促性腺激素增多,而与之对应的靶腺激素促甲状腺激素与其对应的靶腺激素都不能即刻适应性升高。结论平原人急进高原后.应激机制不能迅速起作用。Objective To study the regularity for change of several main endocrine and target glands and level of the hormones in pituitary in the person entering mountain rapidly. Methods With the method of Chemiluminescent immunoassay (CLIA) detected the blood concentration of the ACTH, FSH, CH, E2, P, T, PRL; Radioimmunoassay (RLA)tested the blood concentration of the F, TSH, FT3 and FT4. Results The level of the ACTH and FSH were increased but the level of the TSH and other target hormones did not change in the person entering mountain rapidly for 20 days. Conclusion Mechanism of stress may don't react quickly for the person entering mountain rapidly.
