P^(21)、P^(53)、c-erbB-2在胃癌组织中表达的临床意义

摘　　要：目的研究P21、p53、c-erbB-2的表达与胃癌的临床病理学类型的联系及意义。方珐应用免疫组织化学S-P法测定45例胃癌根治标本中c-erbB-2、p21、ps3的表达情况。结果在45例胃癌标本中高分化腺癌3例,中分化腺癌20例,低分化腺癌22例,c-erbB-2、p21、ps3的阳性表达与胃癌的组织类型无明显关系,p21的阳性表达与癌细胞的浸润深度无明显关系,差别无显著性(P>0.05)。p53、c-erbB-2的阳性表达随着癌细胞的浸润深度加深而明显增强,差别有显著性(P<0.05)。P21、p53、c-erbB-2的阳性表达与淋巴结转移有明显关系,差别有显著性(P<0.05)。结论c-erbB-2、p21、p53的阳性表达可作为胃癌预后判断及淋巴转移的一个指标。Objective To study the relationship and significance between the expression of c-erbB-2, p^21, p^53 and the clinical pathological types. Methods The expression of c-erbB-2, p^21, p^53 proteins were examined by S-P immunohischemical technique in 45 cases of human gastric carcinoma. Results Of the 45 cases , 3 well-differentiated, 20 moderate-differentiated and 22 bad-differentiated. The positive expression of c-erb-B2, p^21, p^53 are not significantly correlated with the histological types of gastric carcinoma .The positive expressing of p^21 was not significantly correlated with invasive depth of gastric carcinoma （P〉0.05）. The positive expressing of c-erbB-2, p^21 were correlated with invasive depth（P〈0.05）. The expressions of c-erbB-2, p^21, p^53 were correlated with lymphatic metastasis （P〈0.05） Conclusion The positive expressions of c-erbB-2, p^21, p^53 are as one judgmental indexes of prognosis, The positive expression of c-erbB-2 , p^21, p^53 are good indexes of invasive depth and lymphatic metastasis.
