摘  要:用J积分和CTOD方法同时对DH40钢的弹塑性断裂韧性进行了研究.Jc和cδ以裂纹启裂时为依据,根据J积分和CTOD之间的关系,提出了一种确定Jc的新方法.由ASTM E1820-1999 a,新的J方法和Jc=mσscδ(1-μ2)得到的3个Jc值.比较结果表明,试样产生较大范围屈服时,Jc值可由ASTM E1820-1999 a方法和新J方法得到.The elastic plastic fracture toughness of DH40 steel has been investigated simultaneously by the conventional J integral and the crack tip opening displacement (CTOD) methods. The critical J(Jc) and the critical CTOD(δc) are based on crack initiation. Another new method to determine Jc based on the close relationship between the J-integral and CTOD has also been developed. Those three critical Jc values, Jc81, JcNEW , and jcBS obtained from the ASTM E-813-81, the new J method, and the equation Jc= mσsδc(1-μ^2) of the CTOD method are compared. The result shows that when there is a large scale yielding, Jc value can be obtained from ASTM E-813-81 method and the new Y method, while the CTOD method is only valid in the linear elastic field.
