不同源1型副粘病毒分离株部分生物学特性比较

摘　　要：从血凝谱与血凝效价、对SPF鸡胚的半数致死量(ELD50)、致死鸡胚平均死亡时间(MDT)、1日龄雏鸡脑内接种致病指数(ICPI)的测定及对雏禽的致病性等方面比较不同源1型副粘病毒的生物学特性,结果5株不同源1型副粘病毒(2株鸭源1型副粘病毒、1株企鹅源1型副粘病毒、1株猪源1型副粘病毒及1株鸡源新城疫病毒参考强毒)对16种不同动物和O型人的红细胞的血凝谱不同,其血凝效价也存在差异,为24-211;对SPF鸡胚的ELD50为10-1-10-9.5,MDT为51.0-113.4 h,ICPI为0-1.83,对海兰公雏的致病性分别为62.5%、8.3%、54.2%、12.5%、95.8%,而对雏番鸭的致病性分别为60.0%、0、53.3%、0、86.7%。Some biological characteristics of paramyxovirus -1 （PMV -1） isolated from muscovy duck, hemi-muscovy duck, penguin, pig and chicken were studied. Their haemagglutination range, haemagglutination titre, ELD50to SPF chicken embryo and the pathogenicities to chicks and ducklings were detected respectively. The results showed that the haemagglutination ranges and titres of 5 isolates to red blood cell of 16 animals and person of O blood type were different, and the haemagglutination titres of them ranged from 2^4to 2^11 their ELD50were 10^-1- 10^-9.5, their MDT were from 51.0 hours to 113.4 hours ,the ICPI of them were from 0 to 1.83,the pathogenicities of this viruses to Hyline cockerel were 62.5%, 8.3%, 54.2%, 12.5% and 95.8% respectively,and those to muscovy ducklings were 60%, 0, 53.3%, 0 and 86.7% respectively.
