摘 要:利用Co60γ射线辐射引发聚合的方法以丙烯酸丁酯为改性组分合成亲油改性吸水剂,用于光 缆用膨胀阻水油膏的制造.研究丙烯酸丁酯摩尔含量对其分散稳定性和吸水倍率的影响,确定组分配 比:丙烯酸丁酯的摩尔分数为3%,改性吸水剂在油膏中的质量浓度为5—10 g/L.优化辐射工艺条 件:辐射剂量率2.5 Gy/min,辐射剂量10—20 kGy.实验证明,改性吸水剂与基础油的相容性和分散稳 定性明显提高,所制备的油膏性能指标满足要求.Lipophilic modified superabsorbent polymer, being used as water retention agent in manufacturing optical cable gel, with butyl acrylate as additive monomer, has been prepared by radiation techniques. The effects such as ratio of additive monomer, and ratio of water absorbing material to the base oil, and radiation condition on its water absorption capacity and dispense stability performance were studied. The optimum procedure obtained is that: BA mole per cent ratio is 3 %, and the mass ration of water absorbing agent in gel is 5 - 10 g/L; Dose rate is 2.5 Gy/ min, and dose ranges from 10 to 20 kGy. The results showed that its compatibility and dispense stability with base oil were improved obviously after modification, and properties of this optical cable gel met the quality standard requirement satisfyingly also as well.
