二溴次氮基丙酰胺的合成及其性能

摘　　要：通过实验合成了一种杀菌、阻垢剂———二溴次氮基丙酰胺(DBNPA)。红外及质谱谱图分析表明,产品即为DBNPA。测试了DBNPA在冷却水系统中的杀菌、除粘和缓蚀性能。结果表明,在冷却水系统中投加15 mg/L的DBNPA,1 h后的杀菌率为99%以上,而且该效果至少可持续48 h;4 h后就能使冷却塔内的粘泥质量浓度上升至原来的3倍以上;挂片的腐蚀速率由未加药前的0.800 mm/a下降至0.052 mm/a。2,2 - Dibromo - 3 - nitrilo - propionamide （ DBNPA）, a kind of germicide and scale inhibitor, was synthesized in experiment and identified by IR and MS spectroscopic methods. The performances of DBNPA were tested, such as sterilizing, viscosity reducing and corrosion inhibiting in cooling water system. The results show that： After adding 15 mg/L DBNPA into cooling water system for 1 h, the sterilizing efficiency can reach more than 99% and remain for at least 48 h; After 4 h, the mass concentration of slime can increase to more than 3 times; The corrosion rate of coupons can reduce from 0. 800 mm/a to 0. 052 mm/a.
