摘  要:利用透射电镜技术测定了 A5 0 8- 3钢的临界温度 AC1,测定结果比膨胀仪法的结果低 2 5℃左右。原因是电镜技术可以发现极微小区域中发生的相变以及它更接近于平衡状态。最后还结合热处理实际讨论了该结果在质量保证中的作用。The Critical temperature A C1 of A508-3 Steel was measured by means of TEM (transmission electron microscopy)technique.Results showed that it was about 25℃ lower than the measured value determined by dilatometric test.The cause was that TEM technique can detect phase transformation,which took place in very small area,and it was more approximate to the equilibrium state.Moreover,combined with practice of heat treatment,the application of the experimental results in quality assurance was discussed.
