摘 要:研究了多功能制剂多霸2对保护地番茄灰霉病和晚疫病的防治效果,测定了其对番茄挥发性物质的诱导效应。结果表明:多霸2对番茄灰霉病的相对防效较木霉菌药剂高43.83%,使番茄晚疫病发病率较霜脲氰低53.67%。番茄经多霸2诱导后,挥发性物质的总含量较对照组的增加75%;氧合酯类、芳香类化合物的含量分别较对照组提高95%和21%;含量最高组分(E)-2-己烯醛诱导后较对照提高95%;其他一些组分含量也显著提高,表明多功能制剂多霸2防治病害与提高番茄自身产生挥发抗菌物质有关。The control effects of multifunctional biological agent Duoba2 on Botrytis cinerea and Phytophthora infestans on Lycopersicon esculentum in green houses were studied and induction of the volatiles from L. esculentum by this agent was also examined. The results demonstrated that the relative control efficacy of Duoba2 against B. cinerea was 43.83 % higher than that of trichoderma pesticides. Duoba2 decreased the disease ratio caused by P. infestans, 53.67% lower than cymoxanil pesticides. Duoba2 also increased the total amount of volatiles from L. esculentum by 75 % relative to the control, with the amount of phyto-oxylipins and aromatic compounds increased by 95% and 21%, respectively. (E)-2- hexenal, the most abundant constituent was increased by 95 %, while some other constituents were also enhanced significantly. The results showed that there was a positive correlation between the control efficacy of Duoba2 and the enhancement of the antifungal volatile substances produced by the plants.
