摘　　要：对国内外电子期刊的访问管理与服务的现状进行了分析,列举了国外比较先进的三个电子期刊管理系统:TDNET、SerialsSolutions和EBSCOhostEJS,并对国内电子期刊管理与服务的发展提出了初步的建议和方案。The article examines current development of access management and service of E-journal and introduces three tools for e-journals access management which are TDNET, Serials Solutions and EBSCOhost EJS. At last, it gives advices on the e-journal management and service.
