山东省滨州市农村地区已婚男性生殖健康的现状研究

摘　　要：目的:了解农村已婚男性的生殖健康现状。方法:采取随机整群抽样的方法,对滨州市3个县、区农村地区的1901例已婚男性进行了问卷调查及生殖系统检查。结果:已婚男性的生殖健康知识水平与文化程度成正比,他们在计划生育中的参与率低,30年的时间里,男性的首次遗精年龄提前了近1岁,婚前性行为和有过婚外性关系的发生率以及对性生活的满意率也随年龄的减小而增高,勃起功能国际问卷-5(IIEF-5)评分结果随年龄的增大而显著减小。结论:农村地区已婚男性的的性观念随着社会和经济的发展而发生着变化,但他们的生殖健康水平有待提高,应采取措施增加农村地区男性在计划生育中的参与,IIEF-5评分简单实用,可以用作对勃起功能障碍患者的初步筛查。Objective： To explore present status of reproductive health among married males in the rural area of Binzhou. Methods： 1,901 married males from 3 counties in Binzhou were selected by random sampling to receive some questionnaire and physical examination about reproductive system. Results： The higher education married males had, the more information about reproductive health they had, They were rarely involved in the Family Planning Program. During 30 years, age of men at the first spermatorrhea decreased near one year old. The proportion of ante - marital and non - married sexual intercourse as well as the satisfaction rate for sex were increasing with the age decreasing, while the older they were, the lower their scales on International Index of Erectile Function 5 （ IIEF - 5 ）. Conclusion： Sexuality among married men in countryside having been changed with the social and economic development, but reproductive health needs to be improved. More married male should participate in Family Planning Program. IIEF - 5 is easy and useful in primary screening of the patients with erectile dysfunction.
