摘  要:以聚苯乙烯和二氯甲烷为油相,十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)为表面活性剂,采用溶剂挥发法制备了磁性聚苯乙烯微球。研究了温度、搅拌速度、Fe3O4用量和pH值等操作因素对磁性微球的形貌、粒径和磁学性能的影响。结果表明,采用溶剂挥发法可以制备含有磁性颗粒Fe3O4的磁性微球。磁性微球的粒径,磁响应性能与制备磁性微球的温度、搅拌速率、水溶液的pH值、磁粉用量等操作参数有关。综合考虑微球的粒径大小、分布以及磁响应性得出,在本实验体系中,20℃的操作温度、1000r/min的搅拌速率、弱碱性的水相溶液以及1.5:10(磁粉:聚苯乙烯)的比例是制备磁性微球的适宜操作条件。The magnetic polymer microsphere was prepared by using solvent evaporation with polystyrene and methylene dichloride as the oil phase, and sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate (SDBS) as the surfactant. The dependence of the temperature, stirring speed, Fe3O4 content and pH value in the aqueous phase on the particle externality, particle size and magnetization curve were investigated by using the scanning electronic microscope (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), laser diffraction particle analyzer and vibrating sample magnetometer etc. The result shown that the solvent evaporation method can be used to prepare magnetic polymer microsphere, and under the conditions of this paper, the profitable conditions of prepared magnetic polymer micro sphere are temperature at 20℃, stirring speed of 1000r/min, alkalescence aqueous solution and ratio of magnetite content to polystyrene at 1.5 to 10 on the basis of the particle size and magnetization curve.
