摘　　要：我国科学技术学的建立和发展,应该体现时代科技特征,聚焦科技兴国实践,重视未来学特别是技术预见研究。这将需要关联学科群的体系整合,也需要关联学科群的转型定位。只有关注未来的科技,才能指导科技的未来。The setup and development of Science of Science and Technology in China should characterize current S＆T and focus on practice of national prosperous depended on S＆T and emphasize research on technology foresight which require to integrate the system of related discipline group and to repositlon the related discipline group, Pay attention to S＆T of future, then you can guide the future of S＆T.
