摘　　要：针对Tencel织物的原纤化特性,分析了其前处理、染色和整理加工特点及工艺条件,采用退浆、漂白冷轧堆一步法,然后用双活性基活性染料染色,再进行柔软处理,避免了织物强力损伤,各项服用性能较好。Based on fibrillation features of Tencel fabric,the reasonable process conditions related to pretreatment,dyeing and finishing are analyzed. The process of one step desizing, bleaching and cold pad-batch, and then dyeing with bi-functional reactive dyes, and softening finish was carried out to avoid the harmness of fabric strength. Results show that Tencel fabric have good wearability.
