摘　　要：案例研究作为一种研究方法在战略管理研究中有着重要的作用,本文就案例研究方法的目的、逻辑方法、步骤和评价展开论述,并结合战略管理文献对案例研究方法进行诠释。案例研究方法是战略管理研究者增加人们对战略管理认识的工具;逻辑方法以归纳为主,演绎为辅,在研究过程中,二者被重复使用;在已有文献的基础上,本文尝试给出了战略管理案例研究方法的步骤,以及对案例研究的评价,旨在为战略管理案例研究方法的进一步发展起到抛砖引玉的作用。As a research method,case study plays an important role in strategic management research.This article examines purposes,logical methods,steps and evaluations about case study,which is explained by strategic management literatures.Case study is an important tool for us to know more about strategic management.Its logical methods,besides deduction,are mainly induction,but two methods are repeatedly used during the research process.Based on existing literatures,the article tentatively puts forward steps of case study research method and evaluations of case study for strategic management research,which intends to give rise to better papers about that in the future.
