摘　　要：阐述知识组织体系的概念、类型、功能和作用及其在数字化、网络化环境下的新特点;着重论述本体、语义网和元数据这三项新技术与知识组织体系的联系及其互动发展;归纳当前知识组织体系构建的6种模式,初步分析我国在该领域进行科学研究的问题。This paper clarifies the knowledge organization system （KOS） from the aspects of concepts, types, functions, impacts and the distinct characteristics, in order to explain the meaning of KOS in digital environment. Then the paper analyzes the influence of the ontology, semantic Web and metadata on the KOS. In addition, construction models of the KOS are also explored in this paper. Finally, existing problems are pointed out for the relevant researches in China.
