摘  要:用皂化法研究了7种不同原料中大豆甾醇的提取量,实验表明大豆油脱臭馏出物(简称DD油))是大豆甾醇提取的理想原料.对皂化法从DD油中提取大豆甾醇的实验条件进行正交优化.最佳实验条件是:400gDD油,500mL乙醇(95%),50gKOH(82%),回流皂化2h.在此条件下,粗甾醇的产量为26.0g,纯度为47.5%.The extracting yields of natural soybean phytosterol by means of saponification from seven different raw materials was investigated. It is indicated with the experimental results, that the soybean oil deodorizer distillate (DD oil) is the best ideal material of extracting of soybean phytosterol. The optimum experimental conditions of extracting soybean phytosterol from DD oil by means of saponification were explorcd with orthogonal experiments. The optimum experimental conditions were that 50 g of potassium hydroxide (82%) was dropped into the solution of 400 g of DD oil in 500 ml ethanol (95%), and the mixture was refluxed for 2 hours. Under such conditions, 26 g of crude soybean phytosterol was obtained, and its purity was about 47.5%.
