摘　　要：本文在综述一级市场股票发行定价研究状况的基础上,应用不完全信息动态博弈原理,建立了股票发行与申购的博弈模型。通过求解,给出了股票发行公司和投资中购人的博弈对策、股票抑价发行的博弈论解释。With the summarization of the study status on the IPO stock issuing and pricing, in the light with the incomplete information dynamic game theory, this paper establishes a game model of stock issue and purchase. It offers, after discussion, the game countermeasures of stock issuing enterprises and investing purchasers, the game explaination of stock issuing with low price.
