摘　　要：行政执法评议考核制是行政执法责任制度的关键环节和核心制度之一。行政执法责任制在实践中存在一些问题,需要从组织领导、体系构建、评议标准、队伍优化和力度加强等多方面完善行政执法评议考核制。The system of administrative enforcement evaluation by discussion is one of the core systems and a critical link in the system of administrative enforcement responsibility. The problems in the system of administrative enforcement responsibility make it very necessary to improve the system of administrative enforcement evaluation by discussion in many aspects such as leadership, system construction, team optimization, and efforts.
