摘  要:对动态无机膜处理污泥混合液后的膜清洗进行了研究。实验先用涂膜后的无机膜管处理污泥混合液,在膜管污染后再进行清洗实验。清洗过程中测量了高速冲洗、反冲、碱洗、酸洗后的膜管通量的恢复率,主要考察了酸碱洗顺序、时间、浓度对清洗效果的影响,在选择的清洗条件下还进行了涂膜后的反复清洗实验和与未涂膜的对比实验。结果表明:最佳清洗工艺为:高速冲洗-自来水反冲-碱洗(0.2mol/LNaOH)1h-酸洗(0.1mol/LHCl)1h;反复清洗后,涂膜后的膜管通量恢复均在90%左右;对比实验证明,涂膜后的膜管通量恢复率更高。Membrane cleaning after sludge mixed liquor was treated by dynamic inorganic membrane was studied. In the experiment, the first sludge mixed liquor was treated with the inorganic membrane tube after coating the membrane; the membrane tube after being polluted was treated again. In the course of cleaning, the recovery rate of membsrane tube flux after high-speed washing, back washing, alkaline inquor washing, acidic liquor washing was measured; the influence of the sequence of acidic and alkaline washing, time and concentration on cleaning effect was investigated. Under the cleaning conditions selected, the contrast experiment between repeated cleaning after coating membrane and the cleaning without coating membrane was done. The results showed that the optimal cleaning Technological process was: high-speed washing-tap water back washing-alkaline washing (0.2mol/L NaOH)for 1h-acidic washing(0.1 mol/L HCl) for I h; after repeated cleaning, the flux recovery rate of the membrane tube after coating membrane was about 90%; the contrast experiment showed that through cleaning, the flux recovery rate of membrane tube after coating membrane was higher.
