老年性哮喘患者血浆和支气管灌洗液IL-4相关性分析

摘　　要：目的观察老年性哮喘患者血浆和支气管灌洗液(BLF)IL-4水平,了解老年性哮喘患者的免疫学特征。方法检测哮喘者血浆和BLF IL-4、IgE含量,对血浆IL-4、总IgE和BLF IL-4、总IgE进行相关性分析。结果实验组血浆IL-4水平〔(121.8±43.1)pg/m l〕较正常对照组〔(35.6±11.2)pg/m l〕明显增高(P<0.01);实验组血浆总IgE水平〔(178.3±58.3)KU/L〕较正常对照组(48.4±11.0)KU/L〕明显增高(P<0.01)。血浆IL-4与血浆总IgE水平、血浆IL-4与BLF IL-4水平、BLF IL-4与BLF总IgE均呈正相关,相关系数分别为0.603、0.663和0.588(P<0.05)。结论血浆IL-4水平对于老年性哮喘诊断治疗有重要意义。Objective By observing the plasma and bronchoalveolar lavage fluid （BLF） IL-4 level of senile asthmatic patients to understand the immunological characters of senile asthmatic patients. Methods The IL-4 and total IgE level of plasma and BLF in the senile asthmatic patients were determined to analyze relativity of IL-4 and the total IgE level determined by ELISA between plasma and BLF. Results ① Plasma IL-4 levels in the experimental group were significantly higher than that of normal group （ 121.8 ±43. lpg/ml vs 35.6 ± 11.2 pg/ml , P 〈 0.01 ） ;the plasma total IgE levels in experimental group were significantly higher than that of normal group （178.3 ± 58.3 kU/L vs 48.4 ± 11.0 kU/L, P 〈 0.01 ）. ② There were positive relation between plasma IL-4 and total IgE levels （ r = 0. 603 ）, between plasma IL- 4 and BLF IL-4 （ r = 0.663 ） and between BLF IL-4 and BLF total IgE （ r = 0.588） （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions The plasma IL-4 level in the senile asthmatic patients could be significantly higher than that of normal controls, and positively relate to BLF IL-4 level. Detection of plasma IL-4 could play important role in diagnosis and treatment of senile asthmatic patients.
