摘  要:对新型选铜捕收剂M ac-12进行了紫外-可见光谱分析、密度泛函计算和工业试验研究,结果表明,溶液中Cu2+和Cu+离子与M ac-12能发生化学作用而生成新物质,而M ac-12与Fe2+或Fe3+离子之间不存在化学作用;新药剂M ac-12的反应中心硫原子给电子的能力较弱,而接受反馈电子的能力很强,其对提供反馈电子能力较弱的硬酸黄铁矿的捕收能力弱,而对易提供反馈电子的软酸黄铜矿的捕收能力强;与传统黄药工艺(70 g/t)相比,M ac-12+少量丁黄药(25 g/t)工艺可降低铜硫浮选分离的石灰用量,提高铜精矿中铜品位0.93个百分点、铜回收率1.03个百分点,金品位1.29 g/t、金回收率7.16个百分点,钼品位0.029 3个百分点、钼回收率3.90个百分点。M ac-12捕收剂已工业应用于德兴铜矿,取得了好的经济效益。UV-visible spectra, density functional calculation and industrial tests were made on Mac-12,a new copper collector. The results showed that Mac-12 collector reacted chemically with Cu^2+ and Cu^+ ions in the solution to generate new substance while no chemical reaction was observed between Mac-12 and Fe^2+ or Fe^3+ ion. The new Mac-12 reagent' s reaction centrer is sulfur atom, which has weak ability to donate its electrons but very strong ability to accept feedback electrons. Therefore, Mac-12 has weak collecting power for pyrite (hard acid) having weak ability to offer feedback electrons, while strong collecting power for chalcopyrite ( soft acid) that has strong ability to offer feedback electrons. Compared with traditional xanthate flotation process (70 g/t), Mac-12 + a little amount of butyl xanthate (25 g/t) process can reduce the lime dosage in flotation for copper-sulfur separation and raise the copper concentrate' s copper grade by 0.93 percentrage point (PP) and recovery by 1.03 PP; gold grade by 1.29 g/t and recovery by 7.16 PP; and molybdenum grade by 0.029 3 PP and recovery by 3.90 PP. Mac-12 collector has been used in industrial production in Dexing Copper Mine and achieved good economic benefit.
