摘 要:基于反应、混合和分离操作的基本原理,将反应器系统进料条件由纯组分进料情况拓展到包含反应物、产物及副产物进料的情况,采用几何图示方法,在二维浓度空间分析了总收率等值线与可得区的关系,导出了反应分离再循环系统的一般化特性方程。结合Van de Vusse反应模式分析了反应分离再循环系统特性曲线的构造方法,考察了未反应物回收率m,产品R随副产物D的带出率j对反应分离再循环系统一般化特性方程的影响。Based on the principle of reaction, mixing and separation, the theory of attainable region for reactor system was extended to reactor-separator-recycle system by consideration of the recycle material from the separation. For different separation conditions of product with reactant and side-product, the relationship of the total yield contour lines with the attainable region was analyzed by geometric method and the general characteristic equation was derived. The construction method of the general characteristic curve was applied to the typical Van de Vusse reaction system, and the influences of the product recycle rate and the ratio of product to side-product on the characteristic curve equation were discussed.
