摘 要:为最大程度地反映黄河干流水资源利用的复杂性和多目标性,建立了水资源调控仿真模型来研究黄河干流补偿效益,目标函数分为防洪减灾目标、生态目标以及水资源利用目标三类,模型求解分三个层次进行:“有龙有刘”、“无龙有刘”和“无龙无刘”。得到黄河干流水量以及电量的补偿值,并将仿真模型结果与优化模型(POA法求解)结果进行对比分析,说明仿真模型更能反映复杂系统的实际运行情况。In order to reflect the complexity and multi-objects of water resources utilization in main stream of the Yellow River, water resources adjustment and control simulation model is established to study compensation benefits of the Yellow River. The objects include flood control, ecologic object and water resources utilization. Three steps are arranged to solve the simulation model:the first is “long Yang-xia and Liu Jia-xia reservoirs both participating in operation”, the second is “Only Liu Jia-xia reservoir participating in operation” and the third is “neither long Yang-xia nor Liu Jia-xia reservoirs participating in operation”. The water supply and generation electricity compensation benefits in main stream of the Yellow River are obtained and compared with the POA results. The results show that water resources adjustment and control simulation model can reflect the real operation state of water resources system.
