摘 要:基于Cr(Ⅵ)对偶氮胂M有褪色作用,研究了采用分光光度法测定痕量Cr(Ⅵ)的新方法。结果表明,在硫酸介质中,体系的最大吸收波长为510nm,方法的检出限为5.5×10-8g/L,线性范围为0~0.5μg/mL。采用玉米麸质锌在酸性溶液中分离富集样品中的Cr(Ⅵ),选择性大大提高。此方法用于样品中痕量铬的测定,可获得满意结果。A new method for the fading sepectrophotometric determination of trace chromium (Ⅵ) in electroplating wastewater was established based on the fading reaction of Cr(Ⅵ) and arsenazo M in H_ 2SO_ 4 solution. It was found that the maximum absorption wavelength, the linear range of determination, and the detection limit for the determination of the trace Cr 6+ were 510 nm, 0~0.5 μg/mL, and 5.5×10 -8 g/L, respectively. Moreover, the selectivity of the established method could be greatly increased as the Cr(Ⅵ) was separated and enriched using Zn-modified corn gluten. The method could be applied to determine trace chromium (Ⅵ) in electroplating wastewater to one's satisfaction.
