摘 要:研究了[Bmi m]Cl-AlCl3离子液体催化体系的FCC汽油降烯烃性能。结果表明,在40℃、20min和剂/油体积比为1∶10的反应条件下,FCC汽油的烯烃体积分数下降了14.70%,辛烷值基本不变,并且离子液体可重复使用。由于杂多酸复配型离子液体具有超强酸性,因此可同时催化FCC汽油中的低碳烯烃与异构烷烃的烷基化、与芳烃的烷基化以及自身的二聚反应,达到降烯烃的目的。FCC汽油中的含氮组分是导致该离子液体催化剂失活的主要原因,含硫组分的影响不大。The olefin content of FCC gasoline can be obviously reduced in the [Bmim]Cl-AlCl3 ionic liquid catalytic system. It was shown that the olefin volume fraction of FCC gasoline was decreased by 14.70~//00 under the conditions of 40~C, 20 min and the volume ratio of catalyst to FCC gasoline 1 : 10, at the same time the octane number of gasoline did not decrease. The volume fraction of olefin in FCC gasoline after delt with the ionic liquids was less than 35%, which has reached national usage standard of clean FCC gasoline. Moreover, the ionic liquid could be reused. The mechanism of olefin reduction can be explained as the high catalytic activity of ionic liquid for the alkylation, Friedel-Crafts reaction and dimerization reaction. The nitrides in FCC gasoline have much greater influence on the deactivation of ionic liquid than the sulfides.
