摘 要:以自制大比表面积多孔复合材料作为电极的基体材料,负载Pb/PbO2为阳极,负载铜粉为阴极;以Ce(NO3)3、HNO3及去离子水的混合物为复合电解液,通直流电电解,开发了汽油的电化学和化学氧化耦合脱硫的新方法。考察了电解液浓度、油/液体积比、搅拌速率、温度、电解时间、电流密度等因素对脱硫率的影响。结果表明,当电解液中氧化活性离子浓度0.08mol/l、油/液体积比1/3、搅拌速率400r/min、温度303K、电流密度150mA/cm2、电解时间15min时,脱硫效果较好,脱硫率达55%左右。A new method--electrochemistry coupled up chemistry oxidation for desulfurization of gasoline was developed. The main body of electrode was made of the porous complex material with large surface. The anode and cathode were composed of Pb/PbO2 powder and Cu powder loaded on the main body, respectively. The pair of electrodes was submerged in the complex electrolyte, the mixture of Ce(NO3)3, water and HNO3, which was electrolyzed with direct current (DC). The effects of electrolysis conditions on desulfurization ratio, such as concentration of supporting electrolyte, oil-to-liquid volume ratio, rate of stirring and temperature, were investigated in an undivided batch cell. The results indicated that the hest desulfurization conditions were as follows: the most suitable Ce^3+ ions concentration of 0.08 mol/l in the electrolyte, the most favorahle oil-to-liquid volume ratio is 1 : 3, the most acceptable stirring rate of 400 r/min, the reaction temperature of 303 K, the current intensity of 150 mA/cm^2 and the electrolysis time of 15 min, under which the desulfurization ratio of 55% could be ohtained
