胚龄对小麦盾片组织培养的影响

摘　　要：研究了播种时间、取材时间和盾片大小对小麦愈伤组织诱导、器官分化和植株再生的影响.结果表明,元月初播种的材料具备很好的盾片组织培养效果,生根和绿点率都可达100%,植株再生频率平均为46%;开花后第16 d取材,生根和绿点率都达100%,植株再生频率平均达80%;达到最佳组织培养效果的的盾片大小为0.15～0.20 cm.Seedtime,material-drawn timing and scutelum size were analyzed in order to optimize the purpose of wheat tissue culture. The significant achievement was obtained by the seedtime chosen at the beginning of January, and the frequency of plantlet regeneration-was achieved at the average of 80% when material-drawn timing was 16 days after anthesis. The scutelum of 0. 15-0. 20cm was the optimal explant size in this paper.
