牛黄解毒颗粒剂的解热、镇痛和抗炎作用的研究

摘　　要：牛黄解毒颗粒剂对２，４－二硝基酚致大鼠发热体温及霍乱菌苗引起的家兔体温的升高，有明显的解热作用。采用小鼠醋酸扭体法、热板刺激法表明，该颗粒剂有明显的镇痛作用。对小鼠二甲苯致耳部水肿，大鼠蛋清引起的足肿胀的炎性水肿模型亦呈现明显的抗炎作用。Bezoar antipyretic granuled (BAG) can reduce high temperature in the rats induced by 2,4-dinitrophenol and in the rabbits by choleraic vaccine. It has been found that writhing reactions induced by acetic acid and the latency of hot plate could be enhanced in mice. Experimental data indicate that BAG has significant inhibitory effect on edema in the ears of mice induced by xylene, on acute inflammation in the form of swollen feet of rats induced by albumen injection.
