摘 要:针对我国软件企业规模的特点,对中小软件企业实施CMM软件能力成熟度模型过程改进进行研究.提出了一个“基于CMM的面向中小软件企业的软件质量控制框架(SQCF)”,论述了构建SQCF的CMM中的7个关键过程域:需求管理、软件项目策划、软件项目跟踪和监督、软件质量保证、软件配置管理、软件产品工程和同行评审;给出了在SQCF中定义的必不可少的4个角色和3个组.研究结果对CMM进行了适当的裁剪、修改和补充,提高了CMM的可操作性.In response to the characteristic of the scale of the software enterprise,implementing and improving CMM course are examined for medium and small software enterprises. The paper has hraught forward the "Software Quality Control Framework (abbreviated to SQCF) based on CMM for the small or medium-size soft ware enterprises", The paper has also described the seven KPA of CMM which are the base of SQCF: Requirements Management, Software Project Planning, Software Project Tracing &. Oversight, Software Quality Assurance, Software Configuration Management, Software Product Engineering, Peer Reviews. It also Described the four roles and the three groups defined in SQCF. The CMM is tailored, modified and supplemented by the result of the research, and the shortcoming of CMM with worse effeetivenes has been overcome.
