摘 要:本文采用表面化学蚀刻与溶胀法结合、化学偶联法与氩气低温等离子体表面处理技术结合的方法对聚苯撑苯并二唑(PBO)纤维进行表面改性。探讨了不同改性方法对纤维表面性能的影响。同时,采用FTIR和SEM等方法对处理前后纤维表面化学结构及形态进行了表征。In this paper, the methods of chemical etching combining with swelling and argon plasma with chemical coupling were employed to modify the surface of PBO fibers. Furthermore, the influences of the treating conditions on the surface properties of PBO fibers were studied, and the fiber surface chemical structure and morphologies were characterized by the means of EM and SEM as well. A single fiber pull - out test was chosen to measure the interfacial shearing strength (IFSS) between the fiber and the epoxy resin. From the results,it can be shown that the argon plasma combining with chemical interfacial adhesion between the fiber and the matrix. coupling is the further optimal method to improve the
