摘 要:本文研究了β-环糊精(1)、单-[6-乙二胺-6-脱氧]-β-环糊精(2)、单-[6-二乙烯三胺-6-脱氧]-β-环糊精(3)和单-[6-(三乙烯四胺)-6-脱氧]-β-环糊精(4)对A l(III)-H2QS荧光体系和Zn(II)—Morin荧光体系的增敏作用。实验结果表明:主体环糊精及其衍生物对A l(III)-H2QS荧光体系增敏率为4>3>2>1,对Zn(II)-Morin体系为3>4>2>1,并且所有的主体环糊精对前一体系的增敏作用都强于后者。研究了酸度对环糊精的增敏能力的影响,发现在两个体系中,体系的pH值对β-环糊精的增敏率影响较小,而对多胺修饰环糊精的影响较大。从修饰环糊精的边臂长度、主-客体的尺寸匹配、静电相互作用、疏水作用等方面探讨了多胺修饰环糊精对两种荧光体系增敏作用的贡献。The sensitizing effect of ( cyclodextrin (1), mono[ 6 (ethylenediamino) 6 deoxy] ( cyclodextrin (2), mono[ 6 ( dieth- ylenetriamino) 6 deoxy] ( cyclodextrin (3) ,mono[ 6 (triethylenetetraamino) 6 deoxy] ( cyclodextrin (4) towards Al(Ⅲ) H2QS and Zn(Ⅱ) - Morin fluorescence systems have been studied in aqueous buffer solution. The results obtained showed that relative fluorescence intensity of Al(Ⅲ) - H2QS and Zn(Ⅱ) - Morin systems enhanced with the increasing of β-cyclodextrin or modified β- cyclodextrins concentration. The sequence of the sensitizing effects was 4 〉 3 〉 2 〉 1 in Al(Ⅲ) -H2QS systems, but 3 〉 4 〉 2 〉 1 in Zn (Ⅱ) - Morin system. The sensitizing effects of cyclodextrins towards Al(Ⅲ) - H2 QS were stronger than that towards Zn(Ⅱ) -Morin system. The investigation of the effect of pH on the sensitizing ability of host compounds indicated that the pH influence on the sensitizing ability of β-eyclodextrin was relatively poor in these systems. On the other hand, the increasing of the system acidity can lead to the higher sensitizing ability of modified cyclodextrins in Al(Ⅲ) -H2QS system, hut lead to the lower sensitizing ability of modified cyclodextrins in Zn(Ⅱ)-Morin system. The factors in the sensitizing effect were discussed from size fit concept between host cyclodextrin and guest molecule, hydrophohic, hydrogen - bonding and electrostatic.
