高新区经济活动与城市地域系统生成的关系

摘　　要：目的研究高新区经济活动对城市地域系统的影响。方法用系统观、区域观从研究开发、生产制造、服务活动3个方面对高新区内部的经济活动及其发展机制进行分析。结果高新区的研发活动包括扩散、传播及联合开发、成果转让、创办企业;生产制造活动包括生产流程的内部分工、产业的前向后向联系和对城市企业的辐射带动;服务活动包括行政服务、中介服务和金融服务。结论高新区对城市地域系统影响很大,协调好二者的相互作用关系,有利于物质、资金、信息、技术等生产要素在城市地域系统内的优化配置,有利于城市经济结构和经济空间结构的优化升级。Aim To study the effect of urban zone system by economic activities of hi-tech industries development zone. Methods The economic activities of hi-tech industries development zone were due to the development, production manufacturing and servings activity. Results In hi-tech industries develapment zone, development activity includes spreading and negotiation of achievements and joint exploration. Production divison, forward and backward association of industry and radiation to urban were included in production and manufacture actions. Administratian, intermediary and finance services were included in service actions. Conclusion The relationship of those two must be harmonized. The intercourse and information and technique resources of hi-tech industries development zone and urban zone system would be advanced, urban economic interspace structure would be made.
