免疫治疗原因不明反复自然流产后Th1/Th2型细胞因子和NK细胞的变化

摘　　要：目的:探讨原因不明性反复自然流产患者在主动免疫和被动免疫治疗前后Th1/Th2型细胞因子和NK细胞的变化。方法:采用流式细胞仪对被动免疫25例和主动免疫38例原因不明性反复自然流产者进行治疗前后Th1/Th2型细胞因子和NK细胞含量的检测比较,同时以20例正常妊娠妇女作为对照。结果:在主动免疫和被动免疫治疗前与对照组相比,Th2型细胞因子IL-10显著下降,主动免疫和被动免疫治疗后,Th1型细胞因子IFN-γ和NK细胞含量明显下调。结论:原因不明性反复自然流产患者经主动免疫和被动免疫治疗后,Th1/Th2型细胞因子和NK细胞含量有明显改变。Objective： To investigate the changes of Th1/Th2 type cytokines and NK cells in unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion women before and after initiative immunotherapy and passive immunotherapy. Methods： Flow Cytometry was used to measure Th1/ Th2 type cytokines and NK cells of unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion women before and after 38 initiative immunotherapy and 25 passive immunotherapy, and control as 20 normal pregnant women. Results： Th2 type cytokine IL - 10 levels were significantly elevated before the initiative and passive immunotherapy. Whereas Thl type cytokine IFN - γ and NK cells were significantly down - regulated after the initiative and passive immunotherapy. Conclusion： Th1/Th2 type cytokines and NK cells are significantly changed in unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion women after initiative immunotherapy and passive immunotherapy.
