摘　　要：介绍了基于W eb Services的故障诊断系统模式———故障诊断联盟的组织形式和资源管理机制。故障诊断联盟是结合已有的各种故障诊断、网络通信和现代信息管理等技术提出的,它以联盟的形式建立服务机制,实现了各种资源的优化配置,形成了分布式决策群体,提高了决策质量,真正实现了故障诊断的联盟化、信息化和智能化。Presents a new fault diagnosis system mode based on Web Services, called fault diagnosis alliance, and introduces its organizational form and resource management mechanism. The fault diagnosis alliance is presented combining various kinds of fault diagnosis techniques, network communications and modern information administration. The mode realizes rational distribution of different resources such as diagnosis methods, information and expert knowledge, and sets up serving mechanism in the form of alliance to form a distributed decision colony on the Internet to improve decision quality.
