摘　　要：IEC61850是IECTC57制定的有关变电站自动化系统通信的国际标准。制造报文规范(MMS)是IEC61850标准中特定通信服务映射(SCSM)的核心通信协议栈,也是计算机网络应用层的重要标准之一。介绍了IEC61850标准和MMS的组成后,说明MMS在TCP/IP+以太网通信模型及基于MMS的虚拟制造设备(VMD)和实设备对象映射接口(OMI)的通用接口模型通信方案。以变电站继电保护系统为例给出智能仪器I(ED)符合IEC61850标准的抽象设备模型,以及该模型所使用的服务。所提方案可解决不同厂家IED产品在同一使用环境中的兼容问题。IEC 61850 is an international standard about substation automation system communication drafted by IEC TC57. MMS（Manufacturing Message Specification） is the kernel communication protocol stack of SCSM （Specific Communication Service Mapping） in it, and also is one of the important standards for application layers of computer network. The IEC 61850 standard and the composition of MMS are introduced ,then the communication model based on MMS ＋ TCP/IP ＋ Ethernet is described,as well as the general interface scheme of MMS- based VMD （Virtual Manufacturing Device）and OMI（Object Mapping Interface）. The abstract device model of IED under IEC 61850 is presented with a substation relay protection system as an example,and the services used are listed. The proposed scheme can support the compatibility of IEDs produced by different manufacturers.
