摘  要:涩北气田在钻井和固井过程中经常发生井漏和水泥浆低返事故。采用漂珠低密度水泥浆体系固井减少了漏失,但未能彻底地解决水泥浆的低返问题(双层套管内测井无水泥)。40口井的现场应用结果表明以F17A油井水泥膨胀剂和F27A防漏增韧剂为主的防漏增韧水泥浆体系有效地解决了该区块固井作业中的漏失低返难题,同时,该体系还具有膨胀防窜和抗冲击性能优良等特点,有利于气井的长期开发和防止套损。During drilling and cementing operation, the accidents of lost circulation and insufficient slurry return often take place in Sebei gas field. Using low-density slurry with bubbles, the lost circulation decreases but the problem of insufficient slurry return isn't solved yet (no cement slurry exists in the annulus of the double casings according to well logging). With field application of 40 wells, it shows the slurry system with anti-leakage and toughness reinforce, which mainly consists of F17A expanding agent of oil-well cement and F27A anti-leakage and toughness reinforce agent, solves the problem of lost circulation and insufficient slurry return effectively in the area. Also, the system has the characteristics of expansion to prevent channeling and good anti-impacting performance, etc. It favors the long-term development and casing protection of gas wells.
