摘  要:输气管道的输送效益取决于购气价格、售气价格以及购气量和售气量。由于生产气量、气压和用户用气量、气压是可以在一定范围内变化的,这就决定了管道运行调度方案具有多样性。因此针对生产条件和用户条件,合理地确定管道系统的输压、分配用户的用气量,从而科学地确定其经营策略是十分必要的。文章以管道运输部门的最大收益为目标,综合考虑上游生产条件、下游用气条件以及管道系统的工况条件,建立了管道系统优化运行数学模型,并采用线性化法和单纯形法讨论了模型的求解。该模型和算法既考虑了管道元件和非管元件,又考虑了管网的任意结构形式,因而可适用输气干线、集输管网和配气管网的优化运行分析。最后通过算例验证了模型和算法的可行性。The gas delivering benefits of gas pipelines depend on the gas procuring price, the gas selling price, the gas procuring volume, and the gas selling volume. It decides the dispatching program of pipeline operation has multiplicity since the gas producing volume/pressure and the gas utilizing volume/pressure can change in a certain range. So it is very necessary to determine the gas transmission pressure and the gas allocation for users properly, and decide the operation strategy of pipelines scientifically according to the producing conditions and users' conditions. To achieve the maximum benefits for the gas pipeline unit, considering the upstream gas producing conditions, the downstream gas utilizing conditions, and the working conditions of the pipeline system comprehensively, the mathematical model is developed for the optimized operation of the pipeline system. With the linearization method and the simplex method, the solution of the model is discussed. The model can be used for the analysis of optimized operation of gas transmission trunk lines and gas gathering pipeline systems because the model algorism considers the pipeline and non-pipeline units and the different structural forms of pipeline systems. Also, with real cases calculation, it is proved the model and algorism is feasible.
