Grouts-Blaivas评分法评价无张力阴道吊带术治疗压力性尿失禁的临床价值

摘　　要：目的:观察无张力阴道吊带术(TVT)治疗女性压力性尿失禁的临床疗效,并探讨Grouts-Blaivas评分法评价该法治疗尿失禁效果的临床价值.方法:对25例中、重度女性压力性尿失禁患者采用TVT治疗,手术后采用Grouts-Blaivas评分法评价尿失禁情况,并定期随访.结果:25例患者TVT均取得满意疗效.术后随访3～21个月,按Grouts-Blaivas评分法,尿失禁治愈率为92%(23/25),1例改善良好,1例改善中等,无手术失败及严重并发症发生.结论:TVT治疗女性压力性尿失禁有效、安全,且疗效持久.Grouts-Blaivas评分法是一种较为全面的评价尿失禁疗效的方法.Objective： To assess the clinical results of Tension - free vaginal tape （TVT） in women with stress urinary incontinence by using strictly subjective and objective criteria. Methods： 25 patients with moderate or severe stress urinary incontinence underwent operation of Tension-free vaginal tape, and ware followed for 3 to 21 months. Treatment outcome was evaluated according to classification of Grouts-Blaivas outcome score. Results： Tensionfree vaginal tape had favorable results in all 25 patients without any operative failure or severe complication. During period of foliow-up, the cure rate was 92% （23/25）, the other 2 got improved also. Concluslons： Tension- free vaginal tape is a safe, effective technique with lasted curative effect in the surgical correction of stress urinary incontinence. Grouts-Blaivas outcome score is a good evaluation for urinary incontinence.
