摘 要:磁力联轴器的出现,彻底解决了某些机械装置中动密封存在的泄漏问题。为了进一步拓宽采用高性能钕铁硼稀土永磁体的磁力联轴器的使用范围,借鉴感应式异步电机的工作原理,研制了一种不同于以往利用永磁体同性相斥、异性相吸原理工作的同步式磁力联轴器的异步感应式耐高温磁力联轴器。为了计算其传递的转矩,将其外转子变换为等效的异步电机的定子绕组,运用数值方法,初步分析了联轴器内部涡流场的分布,并最终得出了其所传递转矩的计算方法。The appearance of magnetic coupling solved thoroughly the leak problems existed in dynamic sealing of certain mechanical devices. On the sake of opening up a step further the range of employment of adopting the magnetic coupling made from high functioned permanent magnet of rear-earth materials NdFeB, and make use of the working principle of induced asynchronous motor, a kind of asynchronous induction high temperature resisting magnetic coupling was developed, which differs form the former synchronous magnetic coupling that works by utilizing the principle of like magnets repel each other and unlike magnets attract each other. In order to calculate the torque it transferred, let its outer rotor be transferred to an equivalent stator winding of an asynchronous motor. Utilizing the numeric method, the field distribution of eddy current was analyzed preliminarily and the calculation method of the torque it transferred was finally obtained.
