摘 要:超声检测系统是海底管道内爬行检测机所选用的新检测技术。石油管道腐蚀检测机器所处的工况环境恶劣,超声回波完全被噪声淹没,常规的超声采集系统无法检测出回波。本系统引入了多重抗干扰设计,利用CPLD进行时序控制,用TMS320C5402芯片进行自适应滤波,且通过PC I接口与PC104工控机相连,构成了主机/从机系统。由于软件设计的灵活性,该系统也可作为其他工业测控网的智能检测前端。Ultrasonic detection technology is the precise detection technology used by the crawl robot that detects the internal status of the pipeline in the bottom of sea. Because the crawl robot is in a bad environment, the ultrasonic echo is fully covered with noise, the traditionary collection system for ultrasonic cannot detect the real echo, and several layers of anti-jamming designing is inducted into the system. The time-sequence control circuit is made of CPLD, and TMS320C5402, the chip that is connected with PC104 via PCI, is used for self-adaptive filter. So a system made up of the controller and the processor comes into being. As the design for software is flexible, this system is also used as the intelligent detection terminal in other industrial measurement-control network.
